Guest Speaker: Pastor Tavv Shaver

Pastor Shaver was born and raised in Seattle and was saved in 1974 as a teen in high school while listening to a gospel radio program. After high school, he joined the Navy as a damage controlman and welder. After an honorable discharge, Pastor Shaver went directly to Bible college in Florida. Upon graduating, he served as teen director at the Lighthouse Baptist Church for four years, then for three years as an assistant pastor in Florida, and then again at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, where he served as associate pastor for five years. In 1997, he moved his family to Bellingham, WA, and started the Evergreen Baptist Church.
